Your Satisfaction is our goal. Returns or exchanges of new and unworn/unwashed items with original tag purchased from our webpage are eligible if returned to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange except shipping costs.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Item or items are only eligible for return if new, unused and in sellable condition with original tags. Otherwise, we will be unable to issued a refund. No Exception.

Please notify us by email for preliminary approval before shipping since we cannot be responsible for items returned to us without notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.

Timeframe for refund processing

Refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days once we received eligible items for return or exchange. All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
